SOLD Property Information

What Are SOLD Listings?

SOLD Listings are properties that have successfully completed a transaction and are no longer available on the market.

These properties may have been sold under either a Freehold agreement or a Leasehold agreement, with leasehold transactions including the agreed lease duration.

Once verified, SOLD properties are transferred from the active marketplace into Indo Property Hub’s SOLD Property Database, creating a growing archive of historical property transactions throughout Indonesia.

Why SOLD Property Data Matters

Accurate historical property data is one of the most valuable resources available to buyers, investors, landowners, developers, and real estate professionals.

The SOLD Property Database helps users understand:

  • Historical property prices
  • Real market values by location
  • Freehold and leasehold transaction trends
  • Property demand across different regions
  • Comparable sales for valuation purposes
  • Market movements over time

Rather than relying on asking prices alone, users can research completed transactions to gain a clearer understanding of what buyers are actually willing to pay.

A Valuable Resource For Buyers & Investors

When purchasing property in Indonesia, understanding previous transaction values can help buyers make more informed decisions.

The SOLD Property Database allows buyers and investors to:

  • Research historical property prices
  • Compare similar properties within a region
  • Assess investment opportunities
  • Identify market trends
  • Understand leasehold and freehold pricing differences

This information helps create greater transparency throughout the Indonesian property market.

Supporting Accurate Property Valuations

The database is also a valuable tool for:

  • Real estate agents
  • Property consultants
  • Developers
  • Landowners
  • Valuers and advisors

By reviewing comparable sales and completed transactions, professionals can provide more accurate pricing recommendations and realistic market expectations.
