About the Role
We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a confident and personable Buyer Acquisition Sales Executive to represent our brand at a various strategic locations.
You will engage with walk-in prospects, introduce them to our brand and inventory via laptop, and identify serious buyers for our closing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is commercially minded, and wants to build a career in a fast growing real estate company!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage people and initiate conversations with potential buyers
- Present property listings and investment opportunities using a laptop
- Qualify leads and identify serious buyers
- Capture and manage prospect details
- Coordinate with internal sales team to convert leads into transactions
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, professional, well-presented, and strong communication skills
- Friendly and proactive personality (you enjoy talking to people)
- Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience essential
- Basic computer skills (comfortable using a laptop for presentations)
- Fluent in English essential (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated and driven by commission-based earnings and career advancement

2) RECEPTIONIST WANTED – ASAP START
About the company

About the Role
We are a fast-growing Prop-Tech looking for confident, well-presented, and highly motivated RECEPTIONIST to represent our company and be the first friendly face walk-in clients will see and engage with.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Engage with people as they enter our stunning office
- Help direct the right IPH person to speak with them
- Take calls on our official phone number and whatsapp
- Assist administration staff with basic tasks
- Assist marketing with basic tasks
- Keep our reception and customer care lounge in a clean and orderly state
Requirements:
- Completed school
- University education a bonus
- Good in English
- Computer literate, can use document and spreadsheet software (specific training provided)
- Friendly and charismatic
- Well presented, well groomed.
- Must be willing to travel to Sanur Kauh, Monday to Friday, and work 9am to 5pm
- Previously demonstrated reception experience
- Located in Bali
