SALES ASSISTANT:

We are currently seeking the services of a talented, enthusiastic and professionally minded sales assistant!

The right candidate will support our sales team by handling administrative tasks like managing leads, keeping our CRM updated, and communicating with clients. Key responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, updating CRM database, and assisting with client communication and documentation. Requirements include fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong organizational skills, local knowledge of Bali’s real estate market would be an advantage, and proficiency with technology like CRM databases and excel. 

Responsibilities

  • Client management: Find new leads through vigorous online research, verify and list in our CRM.
  • Administrative support: Handle daily administrative duties, schedule appointments with new client prospects, update CRM, daily sales reporting and assist the sales team as required..
  • Client communication: Greet clients, answer phones, make follow-up calls, and provide clients with information and updates.
  • Marketing: Liaise with our marketing team to ensure our sales team has high quality sales kits.
  • Database and reporting: Maintain client databases and provide weekly reports on activities and results to and from the sales team. 

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for communicating with local contacts and foreign clients.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Customer service skills.
    • Proficiency with technology, Google Docs, Excel and other database software.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a desirable.
    • Familiarity with Indonesian real estate market, and more specifically the Bali real estate market is highly valuable.
  • Personal attributes:
    • Proactive and able to work independently.
    • Well maintained professional appearance.
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes.
    • Bright and bubbly personality.
    • Excellent communicator.
    • Lives in, or willing to relocate to Bali.
