Can I use your website?
Right now you can, but please be aware we are still under development, and in the final stage of fine tuning and adjusting the website to perform as we want without issues, this means we do not have our payment platform enabled to accept orders… yet… We ask for your patience as we near completion, we are super excited and can’t wait to help you on your real estate journey!
What is Indo Property Hub?
Indo Property Hub is a company that seeks to streamline the customers searching experience for real estate and real estate related services. We do not get involved with property transactions, or services contracts, we simply help people find what they are looking for. We do this by offering a real estate aggregate website for agents to advertise their properties, and a services directory for any services relating to the real estate industry.
What is real estate?
Real Estate is a blanket term used to describe property, be it just land or land with existing buildings/ dwellings.
What is an aggregate website?
Real estate aggregate websites allow agents from many different companies to advertise their currently available properties in one central location, this is designed to make it easier for people looking for real estate, saving time from looking at many agent websites, and gives agents a bigger audience to view their listings.
What is a services directory?
A services directory is a list of business or professional individuals, complete with their contact details and descriptions of their offered services. Our services directory is targeted specifically to real estate related services, and is designed to complement our real estate aggregate platform.
Is Indo Property Hub free to use?
Yes! Our service is free for customers, that is people who are looking for real estate or related services. For those who wish to advertise their properties or services on our website, we offer very affordable monthly subscription based options to suit your advertising needs. Can I advertise a Leasehold or Freehold property on Indo Property Hub?
Yes! We encourage all agents to use our services! We aim for simplicity and ease of use when it comes to property listings, but if you have any questions about this, please reach out on our CONTACT US form here.
What locations can I list real estate in?
We are specifically for real estate in Indonesia ONLY. But if your property is in Indonesia, we would love to help you find buyers! If your in Bali, Lombok, Sumatra, Sumba or even Maluku! We want to help you find buyers, or advertise your real estate related service!
Can I advertise my service on Indo Property Hub?
Yes! But only if your service is related to real estate. If your a mortgage broker, builder, architect, plumber or electrician, you can advertise your service with us to reach a bigger audience in your targeted regency. We offer many service categories, simply select the best option that reflects your advertised service best!
Do you offer secure payment methods?
Yes! We have partnered with Indonesia’s most reliable and favourite payment service providers such as AlfaPay, GoPay and many more! For the full list of payment service providers you can use, please check out our PAYMENT OPTIONS page here.
Can I change or stop my advertising subscription?
Yes! You can upgrade subscriptions if you need more features of higher volumes of ads, down grade if your experiencing lower volumes, or cancel all together at anytime.
I want to advertise my service on Indo Property Hub’s services directory, but my service isn’t listed as an option.
No problem, if your service is not in the options but you think it should be, reach out on our CONTACT FORM here and let us know! We are more than happy to consider new categories/ options as long as its real estate related.
Can I advertise other services on your services directory? Like taxi driver?
Sadly, no. We are offering our services directory only to real estate related services and professionals.
Are property listings on Indo Property Hub accurate?
We understand this concern, having experienced inaccurate listings when looking as well, so we urge all agents to use accurate and recent photos to accurately represent each property. We also offer a review service which allows customers to rate agents they interact with. If you had a great experience with an agent, reward them with a great review! And likewise, if you had a bad experience, leave a review if discussions have not worked out. When leaving reviews, please be honest and not use inappropriate language.

I want to delete my account, how do I do this?
We are sorry to see you go. But if you must delete your account, simply log in to that account, click on ACCOUNT DETAILS in the left hand menu, scroll to the bottom of that page and click DELETE ACCOUNT.
