Thank you for advertising with INDO PROPERTY HUB (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide subscription-based advertising space for real estate professionals and services providers on our platform. Because advertising space is a time-based digital service that begins immediately upon activation, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. All Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments for advertising plans or promotional placements are final and non-refundable.
This applies to:

  • Monthly advertising subscriptions
  • Auto-renewed subscription charges
  • Promotional placements
  • Any unused time within a billing cycle

Once a subscription term begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, early cancellation, or periods of inactivity.


2. Auto-Renewal

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription settings, payment methods, and cancellation before the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for charges made prior to cancellation.


3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team here.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
There are no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.


4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly billed, you must notify us within 7 days of the charge.
We will review the matter, and if an error is confirmed, an appropriate credit or refund will be issued. Billing error adjustments are at our sole discretion.


5. Service Delivery Issues

If our platform experiences outages or technical issues, we will work promptly to restore service.
Platform downtime—planned or unplanned—does not qualify for a refund or credit unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of advertising services
  • Permanent account termination
  • Banning of future account creation

We strongly encourage contacting us directly before disputing any charge.


7. Exceptions

We may, in rare cases and at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. Approval is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
